We purchased two bikes and neither of them work.

We bought two electric bikes off of the steals and deals on the Today Show. Neither of them work. I cannot locate a contact telephone number for support. I’ve tried the chat option but get no response. I’m hoping that we get a response from them soon. As this point, I would not recommend buying this brand of e-bike. I really cannot even give it one star because they are not functional.

Great Bike!!

Took it camping and was so much fun. This thing gets it down hills.. Highly recommend this bike for camping and it folds up for storage.

Love the bike!

My husband and I have really enjoyed the bikes. They make riding fun and worry free. There are a few trails we love to ride on and there is a section of gravel and grass you need to ride on in order to get to the main trails. It is nice to know that this bike can handle all riding surfaces. We get lots of enjoyment out of our bikes. I am super glad we bought them.

Grandkids love them!

Purchased a let it ride foldable electric bike as a birthday present for one of my grandkids. All of his cousins took turns riding it stayed out all day. I will be purchasing a few more as Christamas present for the rest of my grandchildren, the boys and the girls.
